Hello, my name is Chad B Jones, and I have been a real estate agent since 2005. I was a 4th-grade educator for 10 years, so I know how to listen to my client's needs and I know how to teach them the market in this area. I specialize in residential home sales in the Midlands of South Carolina. 
 
I sell homes in the Lexington, Lake Murray, Chapin, Irmo, Gilbert, Leesville, and Columbia areas of the Midlands. I enjoy relocating families from other parts of the country and teaching them about our community. I know the school systems well since I used to be a teacher.
