Established in 1990, the Carriage Hill Lakes neighbood is a premier 131 home, naturally wooded subdivision in Northwest Lexington County. Our neighborhood is conveniently located and accessed from North Lake Drive (SC-6), between the Town of Lexington and Lake Murray Dam.

Set among three stream-fed lakes, Carriage Hill Lakes offers unparalleled beauty and privacy. This uniquely diverse neighborhood is characterized by heavily wooded half and three quarter acre homesites, an "Active Lifestyle" community and lakeside walking paths. These features, coupled with the winding streets and naturalized landscaping make Carriage Hill Lakes a very special place on the outskirts of the Lexington community. Homes in the subdivision begin at approximately 2,000 square feet. Even though there are a limited number of lakeside lots, all residents are provided lake access via common community walking paths.
